Associate Nurse Manager - Med/Surg
Department: PCU 5 - Med/Surg
Shift: Full Time 7pm - 7:30am / 72 Hours per Pay
Facility: Miami Valley Hospital South
The Associate Nurse Manager (ANM) of the 24‑bed medical surgical unit serves as an extension of the Nurse Manager and is accountable for delivering excellent patient care and professional nursing practice. The ANM leads the nursing team, supports the NM in coaching and mentoring, and executes the Premier Health nursing vision through day‑to‑day supervision, staffing, workforce planning, quality improvement activities, and patient experience initiatives.
Education: Must hold a BSN.
Licensure / Certification:
- Valid Ohio RN License
- Current BLS
- Specialty certifications may be required depending on unit
- Professional certification preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years hospital‑based RN; 1 year informal leadership experience preferred.
