Summary
The Support Associate – Surgery Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and advising patients of surgical preoperative and post‑operative requirements, initiating medical clearance appointments, ensuring adequate timing of the appointment to minimize disruption to physician’s schedule should a cancellation occur due to inability to clear patient as well as facilitating scheduling of coordinated surgeries with other physician’s offices and special equipment needs with vendors as necessary.
ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, eight hour shifts No evenings, weekends or holidays! Work/life balance schedules!
