This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Preschool Teacher role based Centerville OH. The Assistant Preschool Teacher will support the lead teacher in creating and implementing engaging lesson plans and a developmentally appropriate curriculum. Key responsibilities include supervising classroom activities, fostering a nurturing and safe learning environment, assisting with daily routines, and communicating effectively with children, parents, and team members. The Assistant Preschool Teacher will play a vital role in promoting the social, cognitive, and emotional growth of young children.

• Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to support classroom learning objectives
• Knowledge and understanding of Early Childhood Education principles and practices
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with children, parents, and staff
• Familiarity with Kindergarten readiness standards and activities
• Ability to create a safe and inclusive environment for young learners
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
