What You’ll DoDesign beautiful floral arrangements following in-store, event, and wire service recipes
Create custom floral designs to capture customer preferences, themes, and budgets
Consult directly with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life
Package and prepare all designs for safe and timely delivery
Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring work area
Collaborate with other designers and team members to ensure smooth shop operations
Provide exceptional service and uphold Centerville Florists’ reputation for quality and care
Requirements What We’re Looking ForExperience: Proven background in fresh-cut floral design (a portfolio is a plus)
Availability: Must be available on Saturdays and major floral holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, proms, and homecomings
Personality: Creative, dependable, and team-oriented — able to adapt to last‑minute orders with grace and efficiency
Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and design balance
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Basic computer skills (Windows / Office); willing to learn floral POS systems
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
