Voss Cadillac, a member of the esteemed Voss Auto Network, is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our service team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and detail-oriented administrative tasks. You will be the welcoming face of our service department while also managing accurate and timely submissions of warranty claims.

• Cashier/Receptionist Duties:
  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Accurately process payments for service, parts, and sales transactions
  • Balance the cash drawer and prepare end-of-day reports
  • Answer and direct phone calls as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized cashier and front desk area
  • Schedule service appointments and manage customer inquiries

• Prior cashier or receptionist experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must have a valid license
