St. Leonard has an exciting new opportunity for a Part-Time Business Office Associate position.

Our beautiful 240-acre campus is one of the largest Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the United States. St. Leonard features independent living, assisted living, dementia care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and adult day care as well as a community wellness center that encompasses a fitness center, and restaurant.

Job Responsibilities:

The business office associate is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Business Office Manager. This support may include secretarial, bookkeeping, receptionist, accounting, cashier, payroll, and data input.

Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical billing/collection practices, computer program used for billing, and business office procedures.
