Automotive Service Cashier

Overview

Voss Village Cadillac is hiring a full-time cashier/receptionist for the service department.

Location:

650 Miamisburg-Centerville Road

• We are looking for an entry-level cashier.
• The Cashier is responsible for receiving payments from customers and printing invoices for the customer.
• Making sure the customer is taken care of before they leave the service department.
• Ensures that our records and files are kept current and in order needed for the service department.
• Ability to use a credit card machine and make changes when needed for the customer.
• Answering phones in a professional manner, taking messages, and routing calls as necessary.
• Maintaining the customer lounge area is organized and clean for the customers.
• There will be other support tasks assigned by the service and parts department.

• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to provide an excellent customer service experience
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
