- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- CPR Certification
- Ability to strip and wax floors, vacuum, assist in set up and breakdown of rooms
- Trash and linen pick up
- Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate communication skills
- Snow removal may be required
