Certified HHA & PCA – Immediate Openings in Suffolk County at Alvita Care. Join our award-winning home care team as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA).

Our mission-driven team focuses on dignified in-home care, specialized Alzheimer's & dementia support, palliative and hospice care, and compassionate geriatric care management. We offer 24/7 RN-led support so you’re never alone in the field.

• Hourly HHA / PCA — Flexible schedules (day, evening, weekends). $19–$26/hour based on experience and case. Work-life balance with meaningful work.
• Live-In HHA / PCA — Consistent care in a stable, live-in setting. Weekly pay and deep emotional impact.

• Valid NYS HHA or PCA certification
• Current medical/vaccine records or willingness to obtain
• Drug screen or Habituation Form (can complete during onboarding)
• A warm heart, a strong work ethic, and a love for helping others
