Job Description

• Answer the phone or assist carry‑out customers in a polite, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain a perfect image according to the standard.
• Demonstrate customer WOW steps:
  1) Apologize;
  2) Give what they want;
  3) Offer something extra.
• All pizza makers must count pepperoni and ham on every order daily, regardless of topping amount.
• Do not clear pizzas before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
• Drivers must carry $1 in coin change on every delivery.
• Drivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order, no exception.
• Drivers may not carry more than $20 on the clock, including personal money.
• No weapons such as pocket knives are allowed while working.
• Driver vehicles must be neat, clean, and present a positive image.
• Drivers are not allowed to route or check in early from delivery.
• Pizza makers must wash hands prior to making products.
• Only proper procedures for products are allowed.
• All drivers must complete Safe Delivery CBT.
• Confirm accuracy of every order: repeat order, verify name and address.
