Position: Secret Software Test Engineer with Security Clearance
Software Test Engineer (Flight Software)
An aerospace company in Centennial, CO is seeking two Software Test Engineers to join a growing flight software team. This team is developing in‑house flight software, and you will play a key role in testing and validating that software on a Flat Sat SVIR in a Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) environment. As one of the first members of the testing team, you will have meaningful influence on test strategy, automation setup, and best practices.

This is a hands‑on role focused on writing and executing automated tests using Ruby and COSMOS, while collaborating closely with software and hardware engineers in a lab setting. Contract Details Duration: 6‑month contract with strong likelihood of extension to 12+ months

Onsite in Centennial, CO
Pay Rate: $60–$85/hour, depending on education and experience

Experience with COSMOS and/or Ruby scripting
Strong background in test automation setup and test script development
Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one Nice‑to‑Have Skills & Experience

Experience with OMS/UCI
Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) testing experience
