Pay Range: $20 - $22 /hour. Employee benefits include health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Support current on‑air programming for ERP by assisting with programming quality control, commercial rehearsals, event preparation, shadowing on‑air programming, monitoring, and break support for other MCOs.
• Maintain and manipulate air playlists, execute program/commercial/marketing changes, support live‑event and contingency workflows using edge software like SNELL Morpheus and Amagi.
• Take ownership of commercial integration, ensuring flawless rolling of commercial breaks during both taped and live programming.
• Contribute to the team that monitors and maintains 150+ channel streams, ensuring continuous availability and identifying inconsistencies with keen attention to detail.
• Guarantee continuity of programming by confirming readiness of every material for on‑air playout.
• Protect airwaves by simulating viewer experience, constantly checking for proper audio, video, captioning, and picture quality.
