Rocky Mountain Flag Company – Full‑Time Flagpole Installer
Rocky Mountain Flag Company is hiring a full‑time Flagpole Installer to join our team in Centennial, CO. This is a physical, hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, using tools, and getting real work done.
We install flagpoles, perform flagpole repairs, install banners, and change out flags for customers across Colorado, with occasional trips to Wyoming.
Job Responsibilities- Install new flagpoles at customer sites
- Perform flagpole repairs and maintenance
- Install banners and related hardware
- Change out flags at existing locations
- Load, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Drive company vehicles to job sites
- Follow safety procedures and represent the company professionally
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Experience driving trailers
- Construction, installation, or maintenance experience
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Occasional overnight travel to Wyoming (hotel and per diem provided)
- $27 per hour
- 10 days of paid time off
- 5 paid holidays
- Per diem and hotel for out‑of‑state jobs
