We are seeking a highly motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing solar installation team. This role is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and educating customers on the benefits of integrating solar with roofing solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in roofing sales, solar installations, or home improvement sales and a strong ability to build relationships with homeowners and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and manage leads through various sales channels, including self-generated leads, company-provided leads, referrals, and door-to-door canvassing.
  • Conduct roofing and solar assessments to determine customer needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Educate homeowners and businesses about roofing and solar energy benefits, warranties, financing options, and installation processes.
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs.
  • Work closely with the solar and roofing installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and customer feedback using CRM (Hubspot) software.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in roofing sales, solar sales, or home improvement sales (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and solar energy solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation for this role is base + commission. OTE $100k-$300k+. This role is also eligible to participate in our medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as company-sponsored life insurance and company sponsored telehealth. We also offer a 401k with company match, paid holidays and pet insurance!

The pay range for this role is:
28.85 - 30 USD per hour(Centennial)#J-18808-Ljbffr
