Position: Account Coordinator (Hybrid)

Medical Associations, Association Members and Healthcare Employers.

Med Geo is looking for a curious and self‑motivated Account Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing relationships with healthcare organizations and professionals from their first point of onboarding, to the last day of their contract and beyond. Under the direction of the Account Manager, you will work closely with clients (employers) and providers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their hiring and recruitment goals.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, catering solutions to their unique perspectives, and maintaining positive, professional relationships.
  • Lead and execute the entire customer onboarding process.
  • Address client requests, concerns or issues promptly, and consistently, while collaborating with appropriate internal team(s) to find solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of client reports and proposals.
  • Analyze internal data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement for customers and the Med Geo business at large.
  • Internally advocate for the employer and healthcare professional by encouragingcontinuous improvement & bring creative ideas to our product offering.
  • Attentively ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data associated with client accounts.
  • Identify gaps in current Account Management processes & propose new methods or audits to rectify and maintain product data integrity.
Requirements
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail in both small tasks and large projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Active listener who can establish & maintain healthy client relationships.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to problem solve, and come up with possible solutions.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales methodologies preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
