We’re expanding our team to support rapid growth and are seeking a motivated Account Representative to assist in connecting employers with our unique tools while gaining hands‑on experience in healthcare sales and recruitment technology.
Role OverviewAs an Account Representative, you will work closely with Account Executives and partner societies to support employer outreach, pipeline development, and relationship management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in sales, healthcare, or recruitment technology.
Responsibilities- Partner with business development and marketing teams to execute targeted outreach strategies for small and midsized healthcare organizations.
- Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, social media, and industry channels to generate and qualify new opportunities.
- Segment and prioritize assigned markets to focus outreach on high‑potential small and midsized employer prospects.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including notes on outreach, follow‑ups, and prospect status.
- Coordinate, schedule and run point on meetings, demos, and follow‑ups with employers.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and society meetings to learn about the market and generate leads.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing to develop strategies for prospect engagement.
- Track key metrics and contribute to regular reporting on sales activity and pipeline development.
- Learn the specialty job market and develop relationships with employers under guidance from senior team members.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, healthcare, recruitment, recruitment advertising or another results‑driven, client‑facing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms (CRM, email, video conferencing, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Honest, authentic, and personable in all interactions.
- Base salary of $60k-70k with lucrative earning potential of $90k+
