Salesperson, Sales Representative

Own your territory like it’s your business. As a Sales Representative, you’ll take the lead in building and expanding a high‑potential Colorado market with industry‑leading coatings solutions behind you. You’ll identify opportunities others miss, open new doors, and shape long‑term growth through strategic prospecting and strong customer partnerships. This role gives you the freedom to think creatively, act decisively, and make a measurable impact.

• Bachelor’s in Business or a Technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of individual sales experience.
• Preferred:
  Previous industrial sales experience within the coatings industry
  .
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

• This position requires minimal physical activity.
• May require lifting up to 50lbs on occasion.
• May require computer usage for an extended period of time – up to 8 hours a day.
• Occasional exposure to various chemicals.
• May require travel up to 50%, including nighttime.

• Drive territory growth by energizing both new and existing customers and igniting interest in our solutions.
• Serve as the face of our brand—educating customers on products, services, and innovations with confidence and clarity.
• Secure, renew, and expand orders while delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
• Strategically build and manage your territory through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship cultivation.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver smooth, consistent, and high‑quality customer experiences.
• Address customer challenges with confidence, providing timely, effective resolutions.
• Stay ahead of industry shifts by tracking market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.
• Operate independently while maintaining strong communication and alignment with your team and leadership.
• Develop and execute annual business plans targeting priority markets, accounts, and growth opportunities.
• Step in as a Field Technical Service Engineer when needed to support customers and strengthen relationships.
• Champion our culture of safety and quality, ensuring both remain at the forefront of every action.
