About the RoleWe're looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing in-person team. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of a fast-scaling Gov Tech company and build a career in SaaS sales from the ground up.
You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients—generating interest, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for long-term partnerships. This is the ideal role for someone who thrives on competition, learning, and meaningful work.
What You’ll Be Doing- Cold & Warm Outreach: Make cold calls, send value-packed emails, and use Linked In to connect with key decision‑makers. We have a list of contacts in Pipe Drive, CRM Tool
- Build & Track Pipeline: Use Pipedrive CRM to manage conversations, log activity, and stay organized.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Account Executive to be part of discovery/demo meetings and grow into Account Executive role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (0–1 year of sales or client‑facing experience preferred).
- Competitive spirit and hunger to win (sports, leadership, debate, performance, or startup hustle are all a plus).
- Clear and persuasive communication—both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong research and analytical skills.
- Coachable, self‑motivated, and driven to grow fast in a sales career.

Base Salary: $65,000 annually
Monthly Commission:
- $50 per qualified meeting (first 5 each month) – Up to $250 per month
- $75 per qualified meeting (after 5 each month) – Up to $450 per month
- $100 per qualified demo (after 12 each month) – Starting at $1,300 per month
Your base salary will increase to $65,000 if the following metric is met:
- Secure 12 qualified demos per month
Opportunity to grow into the Account Executive role based on job performance.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000–$95,000+ in Year 1
