Job Description

Do you have a passion for helping people and a drive to succeed? Are you detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills?

We are seeking motivated Loan Officers to join our team and help individuals refinance their car loans. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire loan origination process, from initial contact to loan approval and funding.

What you’ll do
  • Follow up on leads and build customer relationships:
  • Establish contact and build trust with pre‑qualified leads via phone, email, and text.
  • Monitor and follow up with leads in a timely manner.
  • Maintain consistent communication and build rapport with prospects.
  • Guide customers through the loan process:
  • Prepare and send loan documents through Docu Sign and ensure timely completion by customers.
  • Gather and submit supporting documentation ("STIPS") to underwriting efficiently.
  • Contact current lienholders and lenders to obtain payoff information.
  • Maximize sales and achieve performance goals:
  • Effectively present and cross‑sell optional products like GAP, VSC, WAY+, and insurance to customers, at a level that meets or exceeds goals.
  • Maintain compliance and professionalism:
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct business with integrity and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
What you bring
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in auto loan origination, auto sales or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers.
  • Strong understanding of the auto finance industry and loan products.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using loan origination software, Docu Sign, and other relevant technology.
  • A goal‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.
