Job Store Staffing is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a first-shift production team for a client in the Centennial, CO area. This hands-on role involves assembling, aligning, and inspecting optical, electronic, and mechanical components and subassemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

Pay: $18-$19/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble mechanical and electronic components using work orders, production drawings, and verbal or written instructions.
  • Align optical elements and subassemblies with precision using mechanical and adhesive methods.
  • Fasten components via screws, clips, bolts, or adhesives and verify assembly accuracy.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies throughout the production process for quality and compliance.
  • Rotate through multiple workstations as production needs require.
  • Assemble grips, bumpers, and housings using mechanical and adhesive techniques.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, including routine housekeeping tasks.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including use of protective equipment, and report unsafe conditions.
  • Participate in training programs including safety (OSHA), quality, and production techniques.
  • Use small hand tools and microscopes regularly; apply cleaners and solvents safely.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in optical, electronic, or mechanical assembly within the past 3 years.
  • Proficient with small hand tools and microscope work; soldering experience is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate findings to supervisors.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Dependable and ready to start on time; flexible to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to lift and move 10–25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting.
