Essential

Job Responsibilities (2-4 bullets MAX)

* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders

* Label, store, and track materials in designated warehouse locations

* Maintain accurate inventory records (ERP or inventory system)

* Identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies and escalate promptly

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

(2-4 bullets max)

* Follow FIFO and material handling best practices

* Support QA/QC by maintaining material traceability when required

* Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely

* Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards

* Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred: (2-4 bullets max)

* Kit materials by prefab work order, spool, or assembly

* Stage kits to production areas per schedule and priorit

Work Environment:

* Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.

* Potential visits to outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes.

* Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.

* Travel requirements: up to 10% of time.

This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
