Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders
• Label, store, and track materials in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records (ERP or inventory system)
• Identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies and escalate promptly

• Follow FIFO and material handling best practices
• Support QA/QC by maintaining material traceability when required
• Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment safely
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards
• Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

• Kit materials by prefab work order, spool, or assembly
• Stage kits to production areas per schedule and priorit
• Indoor office setting with controlled temperature
• Potential visits to outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes
• Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors
• Travel requirements: up to 10% of time
