Join our Upstate Coin & Gold team in Inventory Fulfillment and play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy, security, and integrity of our inventory operations. You will be responsible for verifying product authenticity, ensuring quality standards, and supporting accurate inventory fulfillment for high-value precious metals. This position is full time with hours between 8:00 a.m.

- 7:00 p.m. plus overtime (which may be mandatory when we are busy).
Candidates must pass a drug and background screen and be available at the end of each quarter for inventory.

• Unpack, pack, verify, and record incoming or outgoing shipments of precious metals and coins or products
• Confirm product authenticity, condition, and order accuracy
• Accurately sort, inventory, and organize products for storage or shipment
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing customer and vendor orders, ensuring highest quality standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Identify discrepancies and elevate quality concerns
• Support continual process improvements
• Update inventory logs and process shipment paperwork.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime including end of quarter inventory

• Associate degree preferred
• Strong computer and technology skills required
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to lift 70 pounds and spend extended periods on your feet
• Experience in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment highly preferred
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork
• Prior shipping, receiving, or quality control experience a plus
