Full‑Time

• Review jobs and routes for the day.
• Arrive prepared with proper equipment.
• Communicate ETAs and expectations with customers.
• Travel safely and efficiently between jobs.
• Execute high‑quality window cleaning using proper safety techniques.
• Delegate tasks when working with a teammate.
• Place Glide signage at each job site.
• Perform detailed touch‑ups and a final walk‑around.
• Communicate results and feedback to customers.
• Maintain equipment and keep vehicle clean and organized.
• Report vehicle or equipment issues.
• Secure vehicles, keys, and equipment at the end of the day.
