• Providing expert guidance on personal insurance products

• Base Salary + Commission Model
• Provides a stable income while you build your clientele, with the opportunity to earn additional commissions. This model is designed to help you during the early stages and will eventually transition to a commission-only structure to maximize your long-term earnings.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Provide accurate quotes and clearly explain coverage options for personal lines insurance.
• Educate clients on policy choices, coverage benefits, and deductible options.
• Handle policy transactions, including applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive rates for clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and policy information in our CRM system.
• Ensure full compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations.
• Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and evolving coverage options.

• Active insurance license (required).
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies.
• Proven track record of success in insurance sales.
• Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency with insurance software and CRM systems.
