- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Graduate degree in a relevant field
- Experience with CCaaS, Customer Service software, ITSM, Business Intelligence, or Integration & Middleware
- Strong analytical and storytelling abilities to connect technical capabilities to business impact
