Job Details:

Title: Business Analyst

Duration: Full time

Location: Centennial, CO

Duties & responsibilities:

*) Gathering Requirements, Analysis of the requirements, and writing requirements documents including functional and non-functional specifications.

*) Responsible for conducting As-Is To-Be Gap analysis to find out the current state of the system and required state of the system.

*) Prepare a software requirement specification (SRS) document covering the project scope, current business process, workflows, wireframes, use cases, business rules, functional and non-functional requirements.

*) Design use cases for the end-to-end applications and deploy functional specifications from these. Identify and document business rules, create detailed use cases, and conduct user acceptance tests.

*) Required to create a consolidated solution to correlate the business processes across their different lines of business (LOB'S).

*) Create a comprehensive data model across their business units to eliminate duplications due to having no data integrity between their processes and applications.

Requirement:

*) Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration, and at least 6 months of relevant experience.

*) Experience using Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), Microsoft Office Suite, Service Now, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL, Agile methodologies, Service Now, SharePoint.
