As a Recruiter
, you will be the face of Fast Enterprises, connecting top talent with opportunities that can make a real impact. You’ll be traveling across the U.S., visiting college campuses, and building lasting relationships with faculty, staff, and students. From the first handshake to the final interview, you’ll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition process, ensuring that the best and brightest join our ranks.

• Campus Ambassador:
  Travel to college campuses nationwide to represent Fast Enterprises and scout for emerging talent. As a self‑starter, you’ll jump into new environments with confidence, making smart decisions on the fly to identify top candidates who align with our values.
• Candidate Champion:
  Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to final interview, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates.

  Develop and maintain strong connections with candidates, faculty, and university staff to create a robust talent pipeline.

  Collaborate with the team to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract top talent across various disciplines.

• Talent Sourcing:
  Utilize various platforms like job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates.

  Maintain and update iCIMS our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with recruiting best practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree:
  You’ve earned your degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, with a 3.0 minimum GPA. We welcome candidates from various disciplines as long as you’re passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition.
