We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who will be a high‑impact talent partner responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing top‑tier, hard‑to‑find talent in highly specialized construction and industrial markets. This role requires an expert‑level sourcer who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, can pivot priorities quickly and confidently, and partners with hiring managers and executives to deliver exceptional white‑glove hiring outcomes.

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for a high‑volume requisition load, with a strong emphasis on proactive, passive candidate sourcing.
• Hunt, identify, and engage niche talent through advanced sourcing techniques, the use of AI, and sourcing strategy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing market insights, talent strategies and hiring recommendations.
• Manage shifting priorities with urgency and precision, re‑prioritizing requisitions as business needs evolve.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical ability, cultural alignment, and long‑term potential.
• Build and maintain deep pipelines for electrical, mechanical, construction and industrial roles.
• Deliver a high‑touch, professional candidate experience that reflects the company’s brand and values.
• Represent the organization externally through networking, industry events, and talent outreach initiatives.

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in full‑lifecycle recruitment and sourcing, preferably in the Construction Services or Contracting industry.
• Proven success recruiting and sourcing for high‑volume craft and technical talent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience successfully delivering results in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent discipline.
• Technical proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, Linked In Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
