Position is full‑time (40 hrs. per week), Monday‑Friday, 11:30 am‑7:30 pm MST or a 4‑10 schedule, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9:30 am‑7:30 pm MST at the Denver Tech Center location. Position works with the Adolescent IOP population.
Role SummaryTherapists are responsible for providing high‑quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will facilitate 1:1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.
Role Responsibilities- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans, as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.
- A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Valid Colorado state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, or equivalent (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, AMFT).
- Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.
- Experience providing group therapy and willingness to follow a curriculum.
- Ability to manage clients in a group setting via in‑person and virtual platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range: $70,000 USD – $90,000 USD
