• Prepare and review US federal and state partnership income tax returns for Clean Energy operations
• Support quarterly reporting to investors, ensuring compliance with ASC
  740
• Conduct technical research and quantitative analysis for tax planning and optimization projects
• Assist in the forecasting and annual budgeting process related to clean energy incentives and tax positions
• Support transaction review and documentation processes across various tax areas

• 1-2 years of experience in partnership tax with a national accounting firm or multinational corporate tax department
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax;
  Master’s degree or CPA is a plus
• Strong desire to learn and apply complex tax technical concepts with a business-first mindset
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven self and project management skills in a dynamic work environment

• Interest in developing partnership tax expertise and supporting M&A and renewable investment transactions
• Experience with maintaining partner tax capital accounts and adjustments such as section 704(c) and section 743
