Harris Space Superiority group has an opening for a Lead, Integration & Test Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in Denver, CO. The individual will work in a fast‑paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and a collaborative team setting.

This position will support the test effort for development of multiple ground‑based mission systems and operations center from program inception to test verification and deployment. The Lead Integration & Test Engineer will define complex test strategies to verify mission capabilities while working with a team comprised of multiple internal organizations and subcontractors for the full integration and test of the mission system.

The test engineer will be a point‑of‑contact for the government customer for test planning and will coordinate across government and stakeholder offices to define the test and evaluation plan.

Essential Functions:
  • Manage large, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the organization.
  • Communicate within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes and approaches.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on system requirements.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs through to resolution.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software performance meets the high standards required for L3

    Harris operations.
  • Collaborate with system engineers and software developers to identify system requirements and resolve issues.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
  • Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes in collaboration with the development team.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • Active Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance.

  • Excellent organization skills.

  • Proficient in Linux and/or Unix operating systems
  • Experience with Satellite Operations
  • Proficient at JIRA/Confluence (or equivalent)

  • Platform/CLOUD familiarity/integration and testing
  • Payload Platform integration testing (HW to SW) for end‑to‑end command and control of payload

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $100,000 - $222,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3
