With more than 300 locations worldwide, The Little Gym is a non-competitive, curriculum-based gymnastics program for children ages 4 months–12 years. We help kids build confidence, physical skills, and a love of movement through music, imagination, and play — all in a safe, positive environment.

As a Coach at The Little Gym, you’ll be on the floor teaching fun, high-energy classes that help kids grow physically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll follow our proven curriculum and teaching methods — and don’t worry,
we’ll train you on The Little Gym way.

You’ll spend your time moving, playing, encouraging, and helping kids feel confident and successful in every class.

• Teach engaging, imaginative classes using our proven curriculum.
• Create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for every child.
• Use positive energy, encouragement, and high-fives to help kids succeed.
• Support class setup, equipment use, and safety standards.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
