Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Make reservations and manage room assignments
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
• Maintain, clean and organize as needed for the successful operation of a RV Resort

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues is a plus
