Senior Estimator - Water Infrastructure Estimator

RN Civil Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator – Water Infrastructure Estimator for a full-time position in Centennial, CO. $90,000–$130,000 annually plus bonuses

• Construction estimating experience in water and wastewater construction (or similar industrial sectors like oil and gas)
• Estimating experience for self-performing contractor
• U.S. citizenship (no sponsorship required)

A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a similar field is preferred.

The work schedule is full-time from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

In this role, you'll review blueprints and specifications, prepare detailed cost estimates, and develop competitive bid proposals. You'll analyze subcontractor pricing, track budgets, and collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Using tools like Bluebeam, you'll maintain cost databases and provide estimates that drive successful projects.
