Job Description

Responsible for the management of multiple national accounts and deliverables to include: media, sponsorship, and corporate memberships as well as revenue and expense budget tracking duties. This position is located in Centennial, Colorado and no remote options are available. This role will be filled by May 2026.

Essential Functions

An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all the following essential functions. These examples do not include all the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.

  • Manage national and key association accounts, including identifying new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Lead sales presentations, proposals, and face‑to‑face meetings with advertisers, sponsors, and agency partners.
  • Build and deepen relationships to grow advertising, sponsorship, and corporate membership revenue.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Strengthen long‑term relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and increased engagement.
  • Partner with communications, meetings/events, and other internal teams to deliver on client needs and maximize partnership value.
  • Provide content and support for corporate partner communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records to support sales, sponsor ships, membership, and trade show activities.
  • Monitor market trends and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular updates and performance reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage assigned special projects and support organizational initiatives as needed.
  • Travel as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • EDUCATION - Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, communications, business or related field.
  • EXPERIENCE – Understanding of media and public relations processes. Ag industry experience a plus. Minimum of 5+ years in similar type role/field.

  • SKILLS
    - Understanding of media and public relations processes a plus. Must have excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills and work well in a fast‑paced, team environment. Must work well in an environment of accountability, be a motivated, creative, multi‑tasker, self‑starter who works well in an autonomous environment, and must be able to handle multiple tasks to problem solve effectively. Must be an opportunity seeker in all situations that can benefit the goals and mission of NCBA.

    Must be efficient in Microsoft office products and Internet applications.
