Staff Accountant

Full-Time | Accounting & Finance Team

This Staff Accountant position offers the chance to be hands-on with core accounting functions while also contributing to reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives. You’ll work closely with leadership and gain broad exposure across the accounting cycle.

• Support the monthly close process by preparing journal entries and ensuring transactions are properly recorded

• Perform bank and cash reconciliations, monitoring activity and maintaining accurate balances

• Assist with financial statement preparation and provide variance analysis to help explain trends

• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset schedules and related general ledger accounts

• Research and resolve discrepancies, including identifying and correcting miscoded transactions

• Compile detailed account activity and reports for management as needed

• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives within the accounting team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience

• Comfortable using Excel for reconciliations, analysis, and reporting

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work

• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
