AP Accountant

We’re looking for an AP Accountant who thrives in a high-volume, detail-driven environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own daily deposits, disbursements, and subscription-related transactions—making you the backbone of our cash and AP operations. You’ll also play a key part in helping us transition to new accounting software, giving you visibility into process improvements and executive priorities. • Process all subscription-related credit card transactions.
• Balance and match daily deposits (30–400 checks per day) against invoices, then import and apply cash.
• Reconcile deposits into the main operating account.
• Manage disbursements for G&A expenses and handle all AP functions.
• Execute ACH payments manually, including preparing files and sending remittance advice to customers.
• Support data alignment for new software implementation.

• Experience with high-volume cash deposits and reconciliations.
• Strong accounts payable background, including disbursements and ACH processing.
• Precision and discipline in balancing daily deposits and applying cash to invoices.
• Comfort working in a manual environment while supporting system upgrades.
