We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic and growing finance team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the month-end close process, financial reporting, and ongoing improvements to accounting operations. Month-End Close & Financial Reporting

• Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Assist with consolidated reporting and intercompany eliminations
• Support audit processes and manage AP/AR functions across multiple locations

General Ledger & Technical Accounting

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, resolving discrepancies
• Address technical accounting issues, including revenue recognition, leases, accruals, and reserves
• Implement and uphold accounting policies and procedures

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with FP&A, operations, and other teams to review financials and support initiatives
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff
• Contribute to special projects, M&A integration, and ad-hoc analyses

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–7+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or industry)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proven experience with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (Net Suite, Sage, Oracle, SAP, Quick Books, etc.)

Salary: $85,000–$110,000
