Why This Job – STAFF ACCOUNTANT:

Are you ready to grow with a company making waves in the renewable energy sector? Our client—a fast-growing manufacturing leader—is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their dynamic team. In this vital role, you'll support monthly close processes, financial reporting, and audits. You'll collaborate directly with the Accounting Manager and take ownership of core accounting operations. With a strong pipeline of growth ahead, this position offers a clear path for professional advancement and skill-building in a mission-driven environment.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Handle daily and monthly accounting operations, including general ledger activities and reconciliations
• Prepare accurate and timely journal entries and help drive an efficient month-end close
• Oversee cash management and related activities
• Assist in generating monthly financial statements
• Support sales and use tax reporting

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0–3 years of full-cycle general ledger accounting experience
• Eagerness to take on diverse accounting responsibilities
• Solid grasp of GAAP principles
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated mindset
• Experience with Quick Books or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus

Location & Compensation:

• Salary: $65K–$75K DOE + discretionary bonus
• Location: 100% in-office – Denver Tech Center (DTC) area
• Benefits: Strong package including low-cost health insurance and a 401(k) match
