The Sub Shack is your go-to spot for crave-worthy subs, hot off the griddle and packed with flavor. We're a key part of the vibrant, fast-paced Boardwalk Village – a fun destination for food, drinks, and community vibes. We’re looking for friendly, hardworking line cooks to join our crew and help keep the good food rolling.

We’re hiring energetic and reliable Line Cooks who are ready to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you’ve got experience working the griddle, fryers, and sandwich line—or are eager to learn we want to meet you!

• Cook and prepare sub sandwiches, grilled items, and fried foods to order
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Communicate clearly with front-of-house staff and other kitchen crew
• Contribute to a fun, upbeat environment that keeps our guests coming back

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred (griddle/fryer/sub experience a plus)
• Must be able to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume setting
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
