• Use our CRM systems and workflows to stay organized and maximize efficiency.
• Deliver top‑notch service that creates lifelong clients and endless referrals.
• Host monthly open houses (we’ll supply the leads!).
• Attend our Academy Sales Training and weekly meetings to sharpen your edge.

• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
• Available full‑time and committed to your success
• Strong communicator and natural relationship‑builder

• Sales experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person

Compensation: $75,000-$150,000+ commission based
