• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking life insurance products, focusing more on client interactions.
• Client Consultation:
  Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
• Sales Presentation:
  Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
• Relationship Management:
  Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
• Market Research:
  Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position products effectively.
• Sales Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management.
• Compliance:
  Ensure sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client information confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
• Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (license assistance provided).

• Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr
• Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th.
• Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale.
