Senior Financial Systems Analyst

This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, delivering relevant reporting solutions, and supporting Source-to-Contract (STC) related ad hoc requests from business partners and stakeholders. The position serves as a bridge between business process needs and system capabilities/configurations.

As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for STC processes within Coupa, this role partners closely with Sourcing and Financial Systems stakeholders to provide consultation, communication, and solutions for both routine and complex challenges. The individual acts as a trusted advisor while working under general direction and guidance.

• Serve as the SME for Source-to-Contract (STC) processes within Coupa.
• Act as a trusted partner to Sourcing and Financial Systems stakeholders through collaboration and proactive communication.
• Provide functional consultation and training to enhance stakeholder understanding of Coupa design, features, and processes.
• Maintain deep knowledge of STC data elements, configurations, and system integrations.

• Partner with governance teams to manage the full lifecycle of Coupa enhancement requests, including:
• Intake and documentation
• Design and analysis
• Implementation coordination
• Regression testing
• Communicate enhancement status updates proactively to stakeholders.
• Publish and explain Coupa release notes and system changes to ensure awareness and business readiness.

• Research and troubleshoot STC-related system or process issues.
• Resolve end user incidents within Service Now by:
• Proactively self-assigning incidents within scope
• Ensuring accurate, complete, and timely resolutions
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Participate in small to medium-sized projects to design, develop, and implement system or process improvements.
• Contribute to brainstorming and consensus-building sessions to improve systems and workflows.
• Develop and maintain training materials, process documentation, and system support documentation.
• Gather data, conduct complex analysis, and prepare draft presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
