Premise Health is seeking a full‑time Health Center Concierge to provide top‑tier, white‑glove customer service to client employees in our Health Center.

• 10‑hour shifts / 4‑day work week
• Rotating shifts: A Shift 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM; B Shift 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekend rotation:
  Saturday or Sunday 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Holiday rotation:
  Required to work at least two holidays per year

• Greets patients with a smile and assists through registration
• Extends a warm and caring approach to all patients, respecting diversity
• Keeps patients informed of wait times and manages visit expectations
• Helps patients navigate the health center and escorts as needed
• Ensures health center upholds Premise brand standards by posting only branded and approved materials and maintaining a welcoming appearance
• Researches a patient’s outstanding out‑of‑pocket expenses and resolves errors
• Resolves eligibility problems, incorrect claim charges, and claim denials
• Clarifies whether services are condition specific or related to preventive care
• Coordinates benefits flow between dental, medical, and other providers within the medical communitylin
• Applies specialist provider network status for Care Coordination
• Coordinates referrals through insurance and other physician offices or specialists
• Facilitates transfer of medical records and lab results
• Assists in arranging DME equipment following hospital discharge
• Facilitates review of test results with another physician for diagnosis confirmation
• Coordinates and makes arrangements for diagnostic tests
• Coordinates care for patients with complicated medical issues
• Fosters communications and coordinates benefits with insurance companies to create a smooth, patient‑centered experience
• May require other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or GED

• Prior experience preferred
