Aggressive Energy is seeking a talented and driven Enrollment and Client Success Manager
. This position is full-time and provides a great opportunity for growth!
- Assist in uploading and enrolling new client contracts
- Track successful enrollments and client drops
- Create renewal screens for existing clients
- Update and maintain customer service CRM (Hubspot)
- Assist in updating the current contracts database
- Assist in processing daily utility meter read files
- Oversee weekly/monthly enrollment and drop reports to be distributed internally
- Assist in billing disputes and cancel/rebills
- Highly self-motivated individual with the ability to problem solve
- Ability to multi-task in a time-sensitive, high-pressure environment
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required
- Strong written and communication skills
