Aggressive Energy is seeking a talented and driven Enrollment and Client Success Manager
. This position is full-time and provides a great opportunity for growth!

• Assist in uploading and enrolling new client contracts
• Track successful enrollments and client drops
• Create renewal screens for existing clients
• Update and maintain customer service CRM (Hubspot)
• Assist in updating the current contracts database
• Assist in processing daily utility meter read files
• Oversee weekly/monthly enrollment and drop reports to be distributed internally
• Assist in billing disputes and cancel/rebills

• Highly self-motivated individual with the ability to problem solve
• Ability to multi-task in a time-sensitive, high-pressure environment
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required
• Strong written and communication skills
