Maintenance Coordinator

DESCRIPTION COMPANY OVERVIEW

Alpha Rental Group is a growing property management company located in Central Florida. We manage rental properties across Osceola, Polk, and Brevard counties, providing excellent service to our residents.

Sign-On Bonus: $500 - After 90 days of employment

We are looking for a responsible, committed, and hard-working person to coordinate and follow up on all maintenance needs. This position is key to keeping our properties in excellent condition and ensuring a great experience for our tenants.

• Assist with move-outs, inspections, tenant violations, HOA notices, and general maintenance coordination
• Update and manage projects in App Folio, register invoices, and create new work orders
• Confirm receipt of maintenance requests and send acknowledgements
• Communicate with tenants, schedule inspections, send move-out instructions, request forwarding addresses
• Send monthly reminders and updates (A/C filters, rules, tips)
• Follow up on work orders: verify completion, conduct satisfaction surveys, close projects, and communicate violations
• Support Section 8 inspections: responses, photos, documentation
• Update the daily calendar, help order materials, track inventory, and register invoices (appliances, Home Depot, etc.)

• Bilingual:
  English and Spanish
• Organized, responsible, detail-oriented
• Strong communication and problem-solving
• Valid driver’s license & transportation
• Familiar with basic maintenance processes (no repairs required)

Hourly Pay Range: $17 - $18
