Key Responsibilities- Operate rack and saw in a safe and efficient manner.
- Responsible for keeping production areas and defined areas clean and organized.
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Ability to use and read a tape measure and caliper.
- Able to work 10‑hour workdays from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and overtime as needed.
- Must follow all plant safety rules by always wearing proper PPE.
- Attend line board meetings.
- Expected to solve problems under pressure and reduce downtime.
- Ensure all products meet the customer and product requirements.
- Ensure packaging of finished goods per customer specification.
- Accurately fill out production reports daily.
- Read engineering sheets and make suggestions for improvement.
- Perform regular maintenance and preventative maintenance using safe practices and procedures, including lock‑out/tag‑out.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Follow directions and work well in a team.
- Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
- Solid understanding of production equipment.
- Must have analytical skills to solve problems.
- Customer focused, positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and numbers‑oriented to ensure quality.
- Well organized and exercise sound judgement in decision making.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate to cross‑functional teams effectively, both verbally and in writing.

The pay range for this position is $17.31 – $25.96. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $17.31 and $25.96. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role.
The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short‑term incentive.
