We are seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills. You may grow within the company, from customer service rep to management or franchise ownership.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over phone and in‑person.
• Enter orders using a computer or touch screen.
• Ensure accurate monetary change and calculations.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and give written instructions.
• Good verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to use a keyboard or touchscreen to enter orders.

Standing work with short walking, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, handling hot surfaces up to 500 °F, and working in varying temperatures from 36 °F to 90 °F+.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.
