Job Status: 0.8 FTE (considered full time, 32 hours per week) or part-time possible

Salary: $38.00 - $45.00 / hourly, based on experience

Schedule: M-F, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Paid On-Call: Nights and weekend rotations

• 1-Week On-Call: Starts Friday at 4:30 PM and ends the following Friday at 8:00 AM.
• 24-Hour Weekend On-Call: Required every 5th or 6th weekend.
• Eligible team members receive an additional incentive for fulfilling these on-call duties.

Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of Cedarburg, Wisconsin

Requirements

• RN License in state of Wisconsin, required
• Current, valid driver's license, required
• 1 year of home hospice preferred
